Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking an expedition with Nomadic Trails. By accessing our website or booking a trek, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A booking is confirmed only upon the receipt of the required deposit or full payment. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and UPI. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
Mountain weather and unforeseen circumstances may sometimes force plan changes. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If Nomadic Trails cancels an expedition due to extreme weather, political unrest, or other force majeure events before departure, a full refund or future credit will be provided. If an expedition is aborted mid-way due to safety concerns, no refunds will be issued.
High-altitude trekking carries inherent risks, including but not limited to acute mountain sickness (AMS), unpredictable weather, and rugged terrain. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are physically and medically fit to undertake the expedition. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions prior to booking. The Expedition Leader holds the final authority to determine if a participant is fit to continue a trek.
We operate under a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. Participants must adhere to environmental guidelines, respect local cultures, and follow the instructions of the Expedition Leader at all times. Any participant compromising the safety of the group or violating environmental protocols may be removed from the expedition without refund.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Nomadic Trails and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss of life, or damage to personal property during the expedition. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel and rescue insurance prior to departure.
